At the beginning, we take a moment to say hello and make sure everyone is comfortable and can hear clearly. Then the instructor guides you through breathing, gentle stretches, and chair-based movements — all at your own pace.
You can keep your camera on so the teacher can help you adjust, or off if you prefer privacy. At the end, we finish with quiet relaxation and a few peaceful breaths together.
It’s easy! To start, please fill out our New Student Form — you’ll find it here or on our “Classes” page.
Once we receive your form, we’ll reach out to guide you through the next steps and help you join your first session — online or in person.
Yes, we do offer in-person sessions in Los Angeles.
Because our classes are personalized, we schedule them by appointment. If you’d like to join an in-person session, please contact us directly.
Adaptive and Therapeutic Yoga is a gentle form of yoga designed for every body — especially for people with limited mobility, health conditions, or those in recovery.
Every movement can be adjusted to your comfort. We use chairs, props, and slow pacing to support your body safely.
This approach combines physical well-being with relaxation and breathing, helping you build strength, improve balance, and reduce stress — all in a kind and accessible way.
Yes — beginners are always welcome. Classes are slow-paced, clear and safe.
Yes, if practiced gently and with care. Please let your instructor know about any injuries or conditions in order to adjust poses for you. If you have serious health issues, it’s best to ask your doctor before starting. Many find yoga helps reduce pain and stress.
Yoga builds strength, flexibility, and balance — helping you move with more ease and confidence. It also calms the mind, improves sleep, and reduces pain and anxiety.
Many people say yoga helps them feel more alive and independent.
Absolutely not! You’re never too old to begin. Many people start yoga in their 60s, 70s, or even 80s and feel stronger, steadier, and happier. The only thing you need is the ability to breathe and be present.
Even once a week can make a difference. You can also do a few stretches or breathing exercises at home daily. Regular practice, even short sessions, bring the best results.
